The only review for the mortise and tenon SS attachment is less than positive. I am a SS newbie - actually, it has not been delivered yet. However, I will be interested in mortise and tenon joinery. What are the best options for doing this?

You might think about using slip or loose tenons. Especially useful if you have lots of M/T joints to do. You then mortise both halves and make your tenon to fit in long lengths - cut them to length and everything is the same size. Horizontal drill mode with a plunge mortise bit makes it easy on the SS.

Norm Abrams used them for an exterior door construction. Video may still be available even though he is 'retired' now.
